Julian and his team went above and beyond for my wife and I as first-time home buyers. He was patient and understanding as we searched for the perfect home for over five years! Julian was incredibly knowledgeable about the local neighborhoods, parcel classifications, taxes, home appliances, construction quality, and all of the rules and regulations. He was also very helpful in helping us navigate the move to the area from California, and even offered to help us with things like accepting deliveries and checking in on the house after we closed to when we moved in. In addition to his team's exceptional knowledge of the local real estate market, Julian provided us with excellent communication via text, email, and phone calls every step of the way. He was always responsive to our questions and concerns and always seemed to be going the extra mile.
