Julian & Company were amazing to work with. We didn't necessarily represent an "easy case." We lived across the country (Washington, DC), knew that we wanted to move to Washington State (in the North Sound area....we thought), and were reluctant to purchase anything we hadn't laid eyes on ourselves. Julian Friedman was very professional, patient and thorough during the entire sale process. He provided all the information and advice we needed to make our decisions for the sale of a Condo in Bellingham. He staged it beautifullly, (to the point I wanted to live in it again) and listed it in a very short time. The condo sold in a week's time to our delight. During the closing period there was a glitch due to legalities. He took it upon himself to research the papers needed and the closing happened on time.
