I’ve worked with Julia twice over the past year — once for a house purchase and once for a house sale. I hope to work with her to sell a vacation home next. Julia negotiated an above-asking price sale and a reduced buyer’s agent commission. She is extremely quick in her response time and answers all the many questions I ask in depth and knowledgeably. Julia is reliable, reasonable, and does everything she can to reduce the work load for her client. She is organized, including and especially with the paperwork. While she is highly professional, Julia is also down to earth and a pleasure to work with.

Had a great experience with Julia! She was very flexible when i wanted to look at homes on short notice or to view the property for measurements. She was also very responsive and would respond to my many questions quickly and fully.
