Samantha was so easy to work with throughout our entire process of selling my mom’s house. Her interaction was friendly, compassionate and she listened to our thoughts and questions. She gave us knowledgeable answers, information and suggestions that help us make better decisions selling my mother’s house. She was always there to help, was available and got right back to us. She hire a professional photographer who did a beautiful job capturing our mom’s home, scheduled an Open House and got right back to us with the number of people who attended and those interested in the property. A few days later we got two bids. Sam spent some time to explained each bid, which was very helpful in making our decision. During the inspections she let us know we had a few items that concerned the buyer. Again Sam offered her support and gave us options in the negotiation stage that were good for us and the buyer. Once’s again, Sam helped me with my Estate Sale by making a flyer and posting it online. She also help me find a company that would remove the unsold furniture. Dave Stead is the consummate real estate professional. I originally worked with Dave to find a house in Worcester three years ago and it went very well, finding a house I loved. When the time came to relocate to South Carolina (yes, snowfall did play a part), Dave utilized his skills to market my house. In DECEMBER, of all times, my house had two offers within three weeks. We listed the house in the middle of Winter in New England, and we had an offer within the first couple weeks, and closed on the sale within 8 weeks of listing. Since the house was vacant, and we live out of state, we were initially concerned about selling the house long distance. David went above and beyond to do anything that was needed in our absence, including meeting with contractors to get work estimates, handling any repairs that needed to be made, checking on the house, and the list goes on. He was always available to answer questions and to keep us updated on the selling process. We highly recommend David Stead and are so happy that we chose him as our realtor!
