David Stead

We started our search for a realtor in the summer of 2015. We had a home that was being rented at the time, and we wanted to start the process of selling the house. We found David Stead and another realtor through Zillow and met with both of them. It didn't take more than the first meeting for us to know that David was the right realtor for us. He was professional, personable and informative. Although we decided to wait another six months to actually list our house, David was available to meet with us as soon as our tenant moved out. He walked through and gave us great advice and tips on making the house more marketable, without spending unnecessary money. We listed the house in the middle of Winter in New England, and we had an offer within the first couple weeks, and closed on the sale within 8 weeks of listing. Since the house was vacant, and we live out of state, we were initially concerned about selling the house long distance. David went above and beyond to do anything that was needed in our absence, including meeting with contractors to get work estimates, handling any repairs that needed to be made, checking on the house, and the list goes on. He was always available to answer questions and to keep us updated on the selling process. We highly recommend David Stead and are so happy that we chose him as our realtor!

Dave Stead is the consummate real estate professional. I originally worked with Dave to find a house in Worcester three years ago and it went very well, finding a house I loved. When the time came to relocate to South Carolina (yes, snowfall did play a part), Dave utilized his skills to market my house. In DECEMBER, of all times, my house had two offers within three weeks. I could not recommend Dave highly enough.
