She listened to our goals (we were selling to move out of state), she was prepared with a new and fresh approach, and we got to work to get the house back on the market timely. We were under contract within 4 days. The entire process - from offer accepted to closing - was stress free. Had a great experience with Julia! She was very flexible when i wanted to look at homes on short notice or to view the property for measurements. She was also very responsive and would respond to my many questions quickly and fully. She maintained great communication through out the process and always made sure i was up to speed on where we were in the process and what to expect next.
