Mary is very easy to work with. If you want an agent with a very positive attitude who will highlight the good aspects of your house, she is your agent. We had a home we were selling that needed quite a lot of work and Mary saw the potential. She also has a decent list of reasonable, timely, honest contractors which in our case was such a great help. It would have been a lot harder and taken a lot more time to sell had we not had these connections. The attorney firm she works with is also very good which made our lives a lot easier selling a house from a distance. It was a combination of the work we did to the home to fix what needed to be fixed, updating it with fresh paint and new flooring, getting the home staged throughout and Mary’s attention to selling it that finally got it sold.
