Samantha was so easy to work with throughout our entire process of selling my mom’s house. Her interaction was friendly, compassionate and she listened to our thoughts and questions. During the inspections she let us know we had a few items that concerned the buyer. Again Sam offered her support and gave us options in the negotiation stage that were good for us and the buyer. Once’s again, Sam helped me with my Estate Sale by making a flyer and posting it online. She also help me find a company that would remove the unsold furniture.
