This was a tough sale due to the buyer's market and persistently high bank rates for mortgages. . . real estate prices constantly dropping over the listing period. Judy and Chris held multiple Open Houses and coordinated with other Realtors and agents. They coordinated repairs, staging, cleanings, and kept the place looking good during the listing period as we were out of the country. Complete trust and confidence in this team.
