JP is personal, professional, driven by excellence, willing to take on challenges with great results
JP sold our condo in Colorado Springs which had an inherent challenge for the buyers. Due to Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac restrictive lending barriers, only a buyer who payed cash or acquired a loan not backed by these companies could purchase. Also, the condo building had secure access limiting his scope of availability. JP was able to find a cash buyer and close within two weeks of listing at a high market price. Well done! We would definitely refer Relator JP for buying or selling any size of property.
