He provided a photographer that beautifully portrayed my home in the listing and explained his marketing strategy in a clear and easy to understand manner. I met Josh quite randomly on Zillow, who was the first agent to reach out, introduce, and positioned to go to work. In spite of having the flexibility of choosing my own agent at any time, we kept Josh on knowing it was a great first impression. We were defimnitely right! Josh is a multi-year veteran in the Florida market with a small porfolio of his own of rental condos. He helped us approach high value rental targets, refine our short list, and ultimately toured 6, where we made an offer on 1 in St. Pete... eureka! We have our first 4th floor corner balcony investment property on Boca Ciega Bay in St. Pete! Throughout the entire process Josh stayed highly engaged, working with the seller's agent, inspection, title, HO6 Condo Policy options, and especially HOA diligence (which much never be looked over). There is just not enough time or space to convey how amazing our experience with Josh was. We happened upon him by accident and perhaps divine intervention but there is no way we could have gone through our buying experience with anyone else. He was there every step of the way, available day or night, and always making sure we were supported and informed. It was his magic that made it all happen!! It would take another paragraph to describe all the ways big and small he put in extra effort to help with things we never would have thought of.
