Josh was extremely patient during what turned out to be a longer than expected house buying process here in Florida. We were in the process of selling our house in Cali and purchasing here in Florida and Josh was great in answering any and all questions no matter the time of day. It was truly a great experience, we all know finding a house could be challenging at times but Josh made the process easy and less stressful, made it fun and saved us a lot of time and money by eliminating houses we thought we wanted to see but he would do the research ahead of time and collected information to let us know those houses didn’t meet our requirements and needs…also, he never put pressure on us or makes us hurry up and just get any house…finally, whenever we had a question or something didn’t make sense or it didn’t feel right, he was on it and took care of it with no problem!
