Sold my Carmel Valley home
I needed a quick sale. It was approaching the holiday season, which is a tough time of year to sell. Josie put her marketing plan in place so fast! She had open houses, advertising, signs, and much more. Josie’s home prepping ideas were very helpful, and on point. I was thrilled that she had my home under contract in five days. It was such a relief. Josie, also kept me well informed with the title and escrow process. She was so professional and knowledgeable of the real estate market. I will definitely hire Josie again next time I need a Realtor!
