Joseph is one of a kind realtor with attention to detail, always informative with changes in the market and other new houses listed. Joseph really cares about you, the seller (and/or buyer) and wants to help you reach your goal of either selling or buying your dream home. His communication style and skills are superb and his comparative market analysis is far superior to any other realtor around. He takes pride in everything from the brochures he has printed to show the house, as well as a million other details in making sure your house is ready to list/show/sell.
