When we first met Joe, he was the agent for the first house we ever put an offer on. We got blown out of the water as expected. Joe saw how much we wanted to find our first home as we were a couple months from our first child. Joe called us to say our offer didn't qualify but offered to help us find out first home. After a few weeks he helped us find the home to start our family. Fast forward 3 years. A new job opportunity led us to relocating to another state. We found a new home but there was a catch where our new home had to be under contract fast. Joe was the only person we trusted after he helped us the first time. We asked if it was possible and he inspected our place and told us what we had to do to be ready. We did as he said and he sold our place in less than a week. He is great about walking buyers, especially first timers, through the process and breaking it down into layman's terms. He also happens to be one of the kindest people you will ever meet. Even after both sales he always checked in to see how the family is doing. If I had stayed in California he would be the only person I would work with for all real estate needs. Give him a try.
