When we first met Joe, he was the agent for the first house we ever put an offer on. We got blown out of the water as expected. Joe saw how much we wanted to find our first home as we were a couple months from our first child. Joe called us to say our offer didn't qualify but offered to help us find out first home. After a few weeks he helped us find the home to start our family. Fast forward 3 years. A new job opportunity led us to relocating to another state.
