Was connected with them through my mortgage banker. I am overall very pleased with working with The Delia Group. My only caveat was our agent, who at times during the searching process, communication lacked, but when things needed to be done (Offer, Closing, other milestones) everyone was very prompt and responsive.
My realtor was not available for my showing, inspection, final walk through, or closing. He had different people step in for each of those functions - all different people, none of which were much help other than the showing agent Jen. I understand that my agent was sick but I felt there was no support there whatsoever. I had to arrange to pick up my closing paperwork on my own later that weekend. There was a fix that was supposed to be completed before closing that wasn't. When I texted my agent to follow up, he had no idea he was supposed to set this appointment up... probably because he wasn't at any meetings and apparently his office has horrible communication. I wasn't even given a small closing gift. I wish they hadn't made a dollar off of my sale or that the full amount went to the showing agent Jen.
