I could have lived my entire life without having to sell a house--not my area of expertise nor interest. The first agent I signed with was not able to generate the right interest in the house to get the offer I needed. I was with her for six months. In January (not the best time to sell a house) I signed with Kathy and her team I received an offer within 7 days of signing the contract. It was the full asking price and we closed within 1 month. What more can one ask of a real estate agent? But in addition to this, Kathy and the staff were very compassionate and understanding of what I was going through. Mike must be the best negotiator ever--it happened so fast that when he told me full-asking price, I made him repeat it. And I should have started out with this but Liz Thiel is absolutely the star for me. She walked me through every step of everything, answered all my questions--EVEN ON WEEKENDS!--and when I had trouble getting documents from companies and associations, she would step in and help me. Britnie Williams is an excellent realtor! She found out I wanted in a house and went all out finding what I wanted and even more that I didn't even think of. She's Patient, kind, understand and didn't mind answering the millions of questions i had. I highly recomend her!. I worked with Justin Delk on Joe's team. He made the process as easy as possible and was prompt keeping me up to date with everything I needed or had questions on. Justin is a professional and is very good at what he does. One of the hardest things to do is to figure out how an appraiser will value your house. I recently refinanced my house and Justin looked at comps and was only $500 different from what the appraiser appraised my house for.
