We were incredibly disappointed with Pam Wirpio and the process of purchasing our new home. The entire process was frustrating, and we would not recommend them for real estate based on our recent experience. We were initially promised an itinerary prior to touring homes in Ann Arbor, and never received the promised itinerary via phone or email. We purchased flights from California to Michigan for touring various homes, and found it stressful to have very limited contact with our agent about the homes we would be viewing. Luckily she met us and we ended up touring the homes we had asked to view, but we didn't receive any contact from her the day before as she had promised. We should have requested for a different agent or company at that time, as the process got even worse after continuing. We had a hard time communicating both via email and phone, especially during the closing week. Our real estate agent did not advocate for us in moving cross country, and failed to communicate pertinent details to us throughout the process. We were frustrated with the closing as our real estate agent was contacted about the prior owners needing an extra day, however this was never communicated to us. This caused a variety of issues for us including rebooking hotels and revising the schedule for our moving company. Had she contacted us and told us immediately about the issues during closing, it would have made the cross country move run more smoothly. We bent over backwards and signed occupancy addendums to help out the prior owners, however we ended up with no communication and major headaches. We would not recommend them to any of our close friends and family.
