We had to overcome issues with the bank not accepting an original offer but Kathy and her team made it happen. Kathy made business personal and showed a level of caring about us and our sale... knowing that a short sale is a difficult process. I doubt that we could have done this without her professionalism and knowledge. I would recommend Kathy and her Team over anyone in the area. If we ever buy another home in the area, Kathy will be our first call.

I have zero reservations about recommending our agent, John Nichols. We had a terrific experience specifically working with John, start to finish. He was incredibly responsive to our questions, and proactive in helping us stay on track through our first home-buying process. He went above and beyond to help us on nights and weekends, and after closing. The only reservation I had throughout the process is regarding Kathy's marketing approach. I recommend making your preferences regarding social media privacy evident up front.

Rob was readily available for showings around our work schedules (we both work full time) and was very helpful when the time for offers came. Their office staff was thorough and prompt during the closing process as well. It was a great experience all around.

We really can't recommend John and his team enough for folks looking to buy in the Ann Arbor market.

His office got the job done. I don't think his agents were too familiar with the area I was most interested in, close to downtown Detroit. I found all the houses we were to look at. The good thing about them is that, in such a competitive market, they always had someone that could come look at a house within 24 hours of finding it. There were a few hiccups like having an agent I was working with suddenly move to another state without any notice at all.

The entire Delia Group was awesome and helpful each step of the way. Never had any issues with viewing homes. On top of that their office staff/support staff was awesome.
