I have zero reservations about recommending our agent, John Nichols. We had a terrific experience specifically working with John, start to finish. He was incredibly responsive to our questions, and proactive in helping us stay on track through our first home-buying process. He went above and beyond to help us on nights and weekends, and after closing. The only reservation I had throughout the process is regarding Kathy's marketing approach. I recommend making your preferences regarding social media privacy evident up front.

My husband and I just purchased our first home with John Nichols at Toth Team Realty. We were incredibly satisfied with John's level of professionalism and dedication from beginning to end. He was very responsive throughout the whole process (via phone, email and text) and went above and beyond to help us out, including heading over to the house on the weekend to take some measurements for our homeowners insurance. We really can't recommend John and his team enough for folks looking to buy in the Ann Arbor market.

His office got the job done. I don't think his agents were too familiar with the area I was most interested in, close to downtown Detroit. I found all the houses we were to look at. The good thing about them is that, in such a competitive market, they always had someone that could come look at a house within 24 hours of finding it. There were a few hiccups like having an agent I was working with suddenly move to another state without any notice at all.

The entire Delia Group was awesome and helpful each step of the way. Never had any issues with viewing homes. On top of that their office staff/support staff was awesome. They called me with updates towards the end of the process with closing and never had any issues at all. The Delia Group Keller Williams is the right choice.
