I thank my lucky stars that I was able to work with Jon Farley for the purchase for my first home. When I started this process, I didn't know anything about purchasing a home. I was completely lost, but Jon guided me through every step of the way and made me feel at ease with the process. He reassured me after looking at several houses that we would find the right one before my apartment lease ended. He was very available throughout the process as well, always responding to texts, phone calls, and emails in a timely manner during the night and day. We actually joked around during the process too about how often he worked and I told him he needed to take days off. When we finally found "the one" Jon jumped to action to schedule a viewing the same day, and put an offer in for me within minutes of me seeing the listing. It turned out to be a perfect first home and I was so very grateful that Jon worked as fast as he did to secure the house. At closing, I started to tear up because buying a home was a huge deal for me, my family was very poor when I was growing up and neither my mom nor dad was ever able to purchase their own home. Now, at 25 years old I'm able to buy a beautiful home where I can plant some roots and never have to worry about having a roof over my head ever again. I give all my thanks to Jon for helping me accomplish this. I sincerely would recommend him to any of my friends or family looking to purchase a new home. I now consider Jon to be one of my good friends, and even after I closed I still keep in contact with him for contractor referrals, etc.. Joe made my selling experience truly simple and amazing! The first weekend my house was on the market we had over 40 showings and by Monday had 11 offers in hand. You can't beat that! After getting all the offers Joe e-mailed and called to discuss them all and helped select the best one to accept. Unfortunately, the first offer we accepted fell through due to circumstances beyond our control, but it didn't even matter because that still left us with 10 offers! Peter was great! We actually learned from the sellers agent that the home we purchased has another comparable offer in, but because our agent picked up the phone and kept his communication up they went with us!
