Overall experience was good. We had to sign the agreement documets before Dalia's associate started showing the houses around. He would always be on time, very enthusistic, will have maps drawn from house to house and booked appointments accordingly. Never had any trouble in getting in touch, and he would always respond immediately. They have some tie ups with money lenders, title companies etc. It is sometimes helpful, sometimes not because you always want to save money, so if anybody else is offering service at lower price, you would prefer that. For future though, if you are going with Dalia group, please understand the seriousness of the purchase agreement before signing it, you will not be explicitely told that you have to pay $5000 beforehand as security deposit, or you will have to apply for a loan in 5 days after signing purchase agreement, and you will have exactly 10 days to carry out inspection, The point is, go over the purchase agreement terms in details (I mean it) with their associate before signing it. Overall they are willing to help and make you comfortable. So they would definitley answer to your questions to the best of their capacity.

I mainly worked with Jon Farley (buyer's agent) and he a great job finding the right home for me. He was always pointing out homes that could potentially meet my wants and was able to work around my busy schedule to get us in the homes for viewing. He did a great job pointing out the good things and the potentially bad things about whatever house we were in. He was there for you and not there to just get you a house and move on. He helped you every step of the way and was very easy to get a hold of. I couldn't have asked for a better agent. I later worked with other members of Joe's Delia's team after the process of finding the home and along the way they let you know what was going to happen next and where they were in the process. The did a great job getting me set up for close and helping that fit into my schedule. Hopefully this will possibly be my forever home but if not I would definitely do business with again!
