Joselyne was amazing. We faced a lot of hurdles trying to find a home and Jocelyne was patient and helpful and informative. She was able to direct me to different resources and would update me on any changes or new information she received. She also answered all of my questions and, if she didn’t know an answer, she looked into it and found out instead of feeding me b.s. Without Joselyne I don’t think we would be in our home today. 2021 presented a difficult and competitive market, but she stuck with us and kept helping us. She was kind and patient, even when I went a little nuts and got frustrated. Every difficulty we ran into she was there with help and possible solutions. Amazing woman to work with; I am very happy we found her!
