About Jory

I was born and raised here in upstate NY and I'm proud to call it my home. I'm graduate of South Jefferson high-school in Adams NY. I attended Morrisville State College, where I majored in residential construction and psychology. While in college I was active in sports and learned so many important life lesson, such as time management and the value of communication. In my free time I enjoy all that the north country has to offer, including boating on the St. Lawrence / Lake Ontario, snowmobiling Tug Hill and so much more. I have touched all facets of the construction industry over the last 12+ years and this has provided me the knowledge to help others with my Real Estate service. I receive the most satisfaction when I can be of help to buyers/sellers and hopefully make their Real Estate transaction easier. Whether it's a 10 second conversation or a working with repeat clients year after year, the interaction and helping them is the greatest part. My parents instilled in me values of empathy and understanding, this is part of what sets me apart from other agents. I look forward to helping the folks of Northern NY and beyond with all things Real Estate!

Jory is an awesome real estate agent!

Jory and his team did an amazing job selling our house. They took stunning photos of our property. He’s super polite and very knowledgeable with all things real estate. Communication was superb. He got us an offer within one day of being on the market which was over our list price which we happily accepted. We would highly recommend him, and he’s definitely our guy the next time we need to buy or sell. You won’t regret choosing him!!

Amazing to work with!

We had an outstanding experience working with Jory. From our first meeting, he was professional, knowledgeable, and truly listened to our situation. He was very quick to respond and help us as we bought a house on a whim. He made time to be available to us when we needed him to be. He was always accessible to answer questions, offer guidance, and made what can be a stressful process feel smooth and manageable. He guided us to many people to assist with trying to get closed as soon as possible. I highly recommend Jory to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. As good as it gets!

Jory is simply the best! Being my first time buying a house, he spent the time to make sure I knew what to look for and what questions to ask. He made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process and was always super kind and helpful- day and night. As I work a night shift schedule, Jory would always fight hard to get things scheduled so that my sleep wouldn’t be affected. You truly won’t find a more knowledgeable and positive person to work with!

Goes the extra mile

Having Jory as our realtor made everything so much easier. He helped us through the home buying process from start to finish. He explained everything to us in great detail and every time we had a question he answered it to the best of his ability or would find out the answer if it was something he wasn’t sure about. He went the extra mile for us and made the home buying process much more simple than it is. I would recommend him to anybody that is in the market to buy a home! 10/10 realtor!!!! :)
