I don’t give five-star reviews casually, and I’m not particularly easy to impress on a professional level. Jory earned this one. From the beginning, he was instrumental in developing a pricing strategy that reflected the property, its condition, the market, and my priorities as the seller. I wanted to price the house intelligently, not simply chase a number or leave value on the table. Jory understood that balance immediately, and the strong interest we received confirmed that we had gotten it right. What stood out even more was everything outside the obvious job description. I was out of state during much of the process, and Jory helped coordinate necessary property maintenance and kept things moving locally. More importantly, he treated the property and the things that mattered to me with care. Throughout the sale, he was tenacious, responsive, articulate, upbeat, and exceptionally good at keeping everyone communicating. When an answer was needed, he was there. When something needed follow-up, he followed through. And when the normal stress and complications of a real-estate transaction showed up, he remained steady and team-oriented. Jory is an educated, capable professional who genuinely enjoys real estate and happens to be very good at it. He brings judgment, ambition, intelligence, and professionalism to the work rather than treating it as simply another transaction. I place a very high value on character, principles, and how people conduct themselves when things become difficult. Jory passed that test as well. Beyond being an excellent realtor, he is simply a very good human being. If someone I cared about asked whether they should work with Jory, my answer would be easy: absolutely.

Jory was very non pushey about anything. He was extremely good in explaining everything to us. did not push the issue of his commission, was very patient with us. He even went above and beyond to help us get a legal document no one else could/would. I would recommend Jory to anyone that was apprehensive about the real estate process. He makes it easy.
