Jonna deserves more than five stars. She very quickly learned what worked for us and didn't. She demonstrated extensive knowledge of the many unexpected details of buying a home, and responded quickly to every inquiry or request. She has, and continues to be, a stellar representative and advocate. Jonna's professional excellence only scratches the surface of why she proved to be such a great agent. She made it fun. Every step, every detail, was approached with all the enthusiasm and excitement that buying a home for the first time ought to feature.

Jonna is an incredible realtor. She listened to what we described we wanted, and helped us find the perfect home. She pointed out features in the houses we looked at that we probably would have missed, being first time home-buyers. We bought our first home with Jonna two years ago now. We purchased when the market was extremely saturated with buyers. Had it not been for Jonna’s hard work and patience with us durning the process I don’t think we would be where we are now. She was very flexible and attentive to our needs and wants. Most importantly she listened to us and acted quickly in the short term. Our home popped up on the market the afternoon we were in the process of making an offer on a different home we weren’t totally happy about. With a great open attitude she acted quickly to get us a showing within an hour and we ended up with our perfect home! Never once did she ever try to make us settle. Her and her company are very friendly and have remained in contact as they host really fun events throughout the year. Leaving us feeling like it’s more than just a business transaction. Also, I must mention Jonna’s network of mortgage lenders, inspectors and insurance people are top notch.
