He shared with me about Down Payment Assistance Programs and worked hand in hand with my lender Chris Brown of Supreme Lending (also fantastic in his work).They bought fought for me to get this Assistance of 85K! From experience most in this profession do NOT want to tell you about these programs because it is more work and does take longer to close! He was always ready to show me places that went on the market. I drug him all over Pinellas County in my search!
