Jonathan is a low key salesman, he'll allow the home to make its own points. I've bought and sold homes before. I don't like pushy sales people, they cloud my thinking. Jonathan would frequently remain silent, or make a couple observations, good or bad, as we walked through the houses. He had the data at hand for the most part, or got it quickly, but it felt like we were looking at the house with another observer. He got to know us, began to make suggestions. we went through this quiet process for about 15 houses, til he, and we, knew much better what we were looking for, then he showed us a zinger, and I thought he liked it about as well as we did. During negotiations, when it was necessary to apply a little pressure to get buyer and seller closer, he had a deft touch, got the deal done, answered all the many ancillary questions we had promptly and accurately. He does hi job very well. I'd and use him again, and recommend him to anybody.
