Jonathan was great. He helped us sale my mother-in-laws home in Center Point recently. He was very knowledgeable regarding the market, including what was currently listed, what had sold and pricing. He sold the house within 2 weeks of listing, after assisting us in securing a handyman to spruce up the yard and make minor repairs to the house. Jonathan managed the entire process very professionally all the way through closing. My mother-in-law and I live out of state so Jonathan handled everything locally for us and we were not required to make trips back and forth to Birmingham throughout the process.
