We couldn't have been more pleased with Jonathan's performance. We were out-of-town investor-owners marketing a fixer-upper with great potential but low curb appeal. In the course of getting it on the market, there were unusual problems to contend with--vagrant intrusions, improperly cut keys, etc. Jonathan took care of all of it for us. We didn't even have to make the trip for the closing. We'd award 6 stars if we could.
