John had cleaned up an apartment across from my dad's at Leisure World Seal Beach (LWSB) to ready it for sale. I was very impressed with his skill and attention to detail, updating it with some paint and wallpaper, and staging furniture for a breezy, seaside feel. During this time, my father passed away and one day when I was at his apartment, I saw John across the way and went to introduce myself. He was very congenial and came over to see my dad's place, give a quick assessment, share current sales trends at LWSB, and gave me his number. John has been at LWSB for many years, so he is well-versed in knowing LWSB as well as Golden Rain Foundation (GRE) which was very helpful. John is a caring person and he works hard to ready the apartment for sale, and has qualified vendors if outside work is needed. John suggested installation of a two-register HVAC, which was agreed to, and even before the work was done, he had an interested buyer! It worked out that this party purchased the apartment. There were a few bumps in the road (generally true whether buying or selling), and John was there to listen, encourage, explain if questions, and let me know he would do what I decided. (I usually took his advice.) I am very thankful for John and the excellent service he provided. I jokingly tell him he's really an interior designer who also sells homes. He did a terrific job with my dad's place and overall, it went better than expected. I highly recommend John Webster’s services.
