John made the entire process of selling my dad’s apartment easy. He had excellent ideas for staging and suggested the right value-increasing improvements. He responded quickly to our questions. The apartment sold immediately.

He explained all units very clearly and I'm lucky and happy to get one with nice neighborhood, they also invited me to their party which take placed on every 2 month.

John handled our purchase and sale of a home in Leisure World over the course of about 4 years. In that time, he became much more than a realtor, and we are glad to call him a friend. His eye for design and style was almost certainly the reason we were able to get top dollar for our home, thanks to his impeccable staging. We can't recommend John highly enough!

John goes the extra mile to give his customers a 110 per cent of his service in order to make the deal. His expertise in staging the unit borders on brilliance. We intend to use John again in the future .

I met John Webster through my sister who had recently purchased a unit in Lesiure World. She sent me pictures of the area and told of the amenities, I decided to move there also. I lived too far away to drive down and look at homes so my shopping and purchase was all done by computer. I decided that I needed a 2 bedroom 2 bath home with a large kitchen located reasonably close to my sister's new place. Once I selected a unit, John Webster stepped in and made an offer, which was accepted, for a considerable less amount than the owner was asking! When escrow closed and I arrived to view my new home I was extremely happy with my recently upgraded uni, a huge all white kitchen with matching Stainless Steel GE appliances, a large sky light, quartz counters everything so bright and clean. Cottage shutters on all of the windows wood grain vinyl flooring and can lights through out. All this with in walking distance of my sister! Some repair was needed on the living room wall where the previous owner had removed their TV, also the wall color was not the best for my soon to arrive, three days, furnishings. John was there and worked quickly to procure a painter who was willing to make the repair and paint the entire interior of my place immediately. John's help did not end there. I soon discovered there was no hardware in either bathroom, towel bars, safety bars etc. Once again my realator John came to my rescue. I described what I would like and he actually shopped, purchased and installed them for me. Soon he was busy making an attractive house number sign. John has continued to help me settle in to my new home, make himself availble to answer all my questions and give me suggestions as needed. Thanks again John!

I chose John as my realtor after watching him handle other real estate transactions. He goes above and beyond in all areas of the process.

This review rates both John Webster and Verna Chumley, who were partners for our real estate purchase. Here are the issues found during the 2 inspections of the property before the close of escrow: 1. Kitchen grout needed replacement; this was done. 2. The two toilet seats should be replaced with new ones. Done. 3. In the walk-in closet, upper walls appeared soiled. Should be washed or painted. Done. 4. The padlock on one of the carport storage doors needed to be removed. Done. 5. There were about 20 small holes (likely from hanging pictures or paintings), which had been filled in, but not touched up with matching paint. This was pointed out and requested in writing by email, several days before close of escrow. It was not done. Several days later, after we buyers had moved in, upon email request, the realtors arranged for a painter to do the touch-ups; the painter and his son came, as scheduled, and did a good job. The realtors performed their jobs as needed. We notice signs, all over Leisure World, which suggest that no negative speech or behavior is acceptable. We agree. If, somewhere in the chain of command, something needed is not done, then we believe that the realtors are the responsible parties. They need to use their skills of charm and persuasion to get things done in a timely manner. They told us that Leisure World expected properties to be in good condition at the close of escrow, but there is apparently no enforcement of this rule. If the touch-up paint had been done on time, then the realtors would be rated “great” by us.

John was incredible from start to finish. Being out of state, we really depended on him for just about everything. He was so proactive in getting the house ready to sell- including repairs, cleaning, paint, staging furniture and on and on. Additionally, he knew all of the ins and outs of selling a home in Liesure World, which was invaluable. He was honest and constantly kept us updated. The house sold really fast, for the price we asked for.

John went above and beyond as my real estate agent! My transaction had the added difficulty of me living out of state. John kept me informed, and helped me with a lot if the leg work. Thank you John for your hard work, and knowledge!

John Webster worked hard to get my place ready for sale, and kept me in the loop of what was going on through the process. I highly recommend using John for your real estate needs!

John is not only a good realtor he is also a fun person to be around! He made the search for my new home and adventure. I would definitely recommend him.

John is familiar with the market values in the area, helps with staging and has a positive attitude
