John is a savvy Leisure World oriented realtor. The GRF can be a very frustrating experience to deal with. Between the passing of my mother and the eventual closing of the sale on her property, John covered all aspects. The prep and presentation of the unit were top notch. When John came first to see me and assess the unit, he saw his potential to get an additional $100,000 out of it, above and beyond what it would’ve sold from any other Realtor. To be honest, my unit was in good shape, but it was very much cluttered and required a major amount of work to get it cleaned up and get rid of the clutter to get it ready for sale. John spent many evenings up to 10 or 11 o’clock working in my unit himself fixing minor mechanical issues and cleaning it up.. He helped me dispose of a lot of material,, and had a colleague sell a lot of my appliances and furniture. His fashion sense is uncanny and he put it to use to ready my unit to make it more sellable. John is the consummate professional. And fun to work with.
