John is a savvy Leisure World oriented realtor. The GRF can be a very frustrating experience to deal with. Between the passing of my mother and the eventual closing of the sale on her property, John covered all aspects. The prep and presentation of the unit were top notch. John spent many evenings up to 10 or 11 o’clock working in my unit himself fixing minor mechanical issues and cleaning it up.. He helped me dispose of a lot of material,, and had a colleague sell a lot of my appliances and furniture. His fashion sense is uncanny and he put it to use to ready my unit to make it more sellable. John is the consummate professional. And fun to work with. The results of hos work, netted me approximately 95K after expenses in a difficult market If you can get John on your team to sell your place and utilize his unique skills, of housing, fashion, and mechanical ability , you’ll definitely come out ahead of any other realtor in the area
