I can’t say enough good things about John as a realtor to do him justice. When my husband and I decided we were ready to buy and researched realtors he was so highly rated and in demand. We reached out to see if he was available and heard back within 5 minutes and a group chat setup in 10 min with myself, husband, him and super involved mom. We went to see two houses and on the third house I was in love. I had to have the house. As the bidding war began and we became more aggressive in our desire for the house and he did 10 amendments to our offer in 48 hours. Without losing his unmatchable enthusiasm. Let it be known we won out and got the house.
