John worked diligently to make sure our home was ready to sell and worked incredibly hard to get our home listed on the market. He did a great job listing & marketing our home! In today's real estate market, hustle is paramount: when homes go under contract after only days on the market, you have to move quick. John fits the bill; he worked with my schedule, allowing me to visit properties as soon as they came on the market. He showed me houses multiple times so I could get a sense of them and perform the due diligence I wanted. He found an excellent home inspector on short notice, who did a pre-offer inspection with a report, so I felt very comfortable waiving the inspection contingency. When we put in an offer, he walked me through all the documents I had to sign and ensured I understood what each was about. His experience in the Lancaster area meant that he already knew and had made a prior deal with the seller's agent; this rapport gave us an open line of communication so we received information about what the seller was looking for in an offer. This also meant that the seller was willing to make a counteroffer which I accepted. Then, throughout the settlement process John kept in touch and answered all of my questions; he also went to bat for me when I wasn't fully happy with the title insurance commitment and got the changes made I desired. Finally, on closing day he scrambled with the seller's agent to get a last-minute repair made that same day so it wouldn't impact the settlement. I'm happy I met John and am so glad he was able to get me the home I wanted in a very tight market.
