My husband and I were fortunate to find John after two months of trekking across the country in search of a new home. Most of the time interacting with realtors is a pretty lackluster experience where you're often left trying to understand what value was really provided. But John was truly great. In the competitive market we bought in, John provided real hands-on partnership, with the benefit of his experience, to help us structure our offer to win, which we did. It's also the thoughtful things, like providing HOA covenants for properties we were considering or the time he spent gathering comps.
