If I could leave a 10 star review I would. John and Sarah were phenomenal! They took all the worry out of selling a house. I thought it would be a stressful time but I barely did anything, John is something of a Nostradamus, in the first meeting he told me what we would get selling our house and he far exceeded that expectation! I would recommend absolutely anyone come to John and Sarah if you’re buying or selling a house. 100000/10 experience!

We were trying to buy a place in Ohio while we were in San Diego California, thus more things fell on John than would have if we were available, There were multiple offers on this property and John got it for us by making an offer $1,100 more than the next offer.
