It was a pleasure working with John and Sarah. I was looking for the perfect house to start a new chapter as a single mom and we found just that! Any house I was interested in, appointments were set up right away. Walking through the houses, it was almost like having and at-home inspector already on-site due to their knowledge and experience. It was so much appreciated because being a previous homeowner, things come up… and I wanted to make sure the home I was moving in was move-in ready since I don’t currently have the time for any home projects. They were extremely detailed in their house showings, and promptly responded to my texts/calls/emails of questions or concerns. When showing me different houses, they considered all of my requests when looking for a home and gave honest feedback for what would work for my lifestyle. We put in a couple offers before finding “my home” and in this competitive market- it would have been so hard to know the right decisions to make without a realtor who is truthful and has your best interest. I’m so grateful! They walked me through each contract so I didn’t miss anything and communicated the negotiation process in-depth. The sincerity and dedication to their clients is unmatched! Thank you John and Sarah for everything and doing everything you could to make a smooth transition for this new start for my daughter and I. You guys are awesome :)
