We were very happy with the work that John did for us in such an unusual market. As a result, we were given a full price offer. John managed a long-distance buyer, provided timely feedback, and smoothly closed the sale.
John Sapone is really the best ever. He is very knowledgeable of the business, and very efficient, but more important he is honest, and really protect the interests of his clients. His clients satisfaction is his priority. Since I bought my first property with John many years ago, I have not look for any other realtor. If you choose him as a realtor, I’m pretty sure you will do the same.
John has 8 properties for sale and sold 9 properties in the last 12 months, showing 4, sorted by most recent activity
