Any client would be lucky to work with John. He understands the market and has a network of colleagues who enjoy making deals with him. He is incredibly responsive and treats each client as his top priority. There were several houses that we lost out on and had we put in the price John suggested we needed to get the house, we would have gotten it. This market is tough and the "wacko effect" of going to open houses every weekend is real. He has educated us on the difference of spending money out of pocket vs using the bank's money.
