When we looked at properties he had a keen eye for structural issues we should pay attention to, and good perspective on what was typical for the age of the building and what indicated neglect. He also brought a fantastic network of referrals who were equally top notch - mortgage broker, lawyer, inspector and handyman. We felt taken care of from start to finish and beyond (the contact didn’t end when the contract was signed).
