Specifically, John had several balls in the air all while he took care to make sure everything was ready for closing. As the buyer, I was several states away and he communicated with me almost daily to keep me in the loop. We closed within 30 days of the accepted offer, thanks to John's diligence and hard work.
John went above and beyond at every step. He met with inspectors when I could not be there, coordinated tradesmen, and continued to assist even after closing by recommending trusted professionals and personally picking up paint for the house. His dedication and attention to detail were exceptional. If I could give six stars, I would.

When we had to move mom back north to be by family, we used John to be our listing agent to sell her house. With us far away, John was amazing in helping coordinate numerous repairs (air conditioner, roof, others) in our absence. He went WAY out of his way to help list, show, repair and sell her house.
