As the buyer, I was several states away and he communicated with me almost daily to keep me in the loop. We closed within 30 days of the accepted offer, thanks to John's diligence and hard work.

He met with inspectors when I could not be there, coordinated tradesmen, and continued to assist even after closing by recommending trusted professionals and personally picking up paint for the house.
