"What can I say" ! The entire process from start to finish was stress free. From the moment I met John, he put my mind at ease about the whole process. No gimmicks or hard sell to get the listing. Just straight up details of his expertise as a realtor and homes in the area he covers. An honest listing range of your property, the pros and cons of your home against the comparables in your area. Walked me through the whole process from start to finish and did not exclude the bumps one could encounter. Once I signed with John as my selling agent, he was on top of it right away. After listing my property, he had prospective buyers in the home for a soft showing and already had date set for the "Open House". Upon receiving an offer, John was very attentive to my questions regarding the sales agreement and once again, put me at ease to any decisions I made for the agreement. After signing, any time I reached out John was available to take my call and if not, was quick to respond and get back to me. Having been in the business for awhile, John had extensive knowledge of the closing process and had even recommended a great title company with excellent personnel at First American Title Insurance Company with branch location located in Lutz, FL. For any questions John didn't have the answer to, he would either obtain the answers from the closing agent or have them call me. In my conversations with them, you could tell they had a close working relationship with John and enjoyed working as a team. Upon closing of my home, John was quick to reach out to me and congratulate me on a successful closing. John has even gone above and beyond in helping me dispose/liquidate some of my personal items which I could not bring with me making the whole experience even more enjoyable for having lived in my home for over 20 years. So, I now come back to "What can I say". Apparently, a lot and so much more. John, thank you so much for a stress free and enjoyable experience.
