John went out of his way many times while we were getting my brother's house ready to put on the market. John hired a home inspector to evaluate the condition of the property, and then found contractors to bid on doing the repairs and painting. Then John supervised the contractors to make sure everything was completed properly. John guided us through all the paperwork, and birddogged it through the escrow and closing process.
