Joel is a phenomenal realtor. I have never purchased a house before, so I was skeptical about what a realtor actually does and if they're worth the cost. Working with Joel blew my preconceptions out of the water. Not only did he save us almost $20,000, his fees came out of the seller's pocket. This meant that we paid nothing for his extremely valuable services which, even if we did have to pay, would have been worth it by a long shot. He advocated for several repairs that the owner paid for, and Joel was able to knock down the price of the house by several thousand as well. Throughout the whole process he went above and beyond with his generosity, communication, and user-friendly guidance. He was impressively knowledgeable with all things real estate, and was able to simplify this otherwise-overwhelming undertaking. Going through this process without him would have been unthinkable. I cannot recommend his services enough. 10/10 A+++

Joel is AMAZING to work with. So detailed oriented and has the eye of an inspector when looking at houses. We recently purchased a home through Joel and we couldn’t be happier. He was in constant contact with us, answered all our questions – including questions we didn’t even know we had, and put us in contact with local contractors/service provides when we needed things done with the house. 100% recommend.

Joel was always available and always professional. He walked me through the process of home buying, something I hadn't done in 30 years. He answered all my questions promptly or researched them and got back with me. He pointed out things I hadn't noticed or thought about for each property we looked at. He was most helpful.

Joel worked with my husband and I to list and sell our home. Prior to listing with Joel the property had been listed for 6 months with a different, very experienced agent that did not bring any sale offers. Joel put together a marketing plan that included both local media and social media ads. He successfully targeted markets that resulted in showings and ultimately the sale of the property. While the house was listed Joel kept us up to date on the progress of the social media plan as well as the feedback from each showing. Throughout the sale process Joel was always available to address our questions and concerns. We highly recommend Joel as a real estate agent.
