In 2007, Joe earned his Broker licenses in Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, DC. Soon after, he opened and managed a new office for Long & Foster. Not long after, Joe and his wife, Lisa, purchased a RE/MAX brokerage and launched a new chapter of growth. Under their leadership, the company expanded from one location with 10 agents to two thriving offices with over 50 full-time agents. In 2011, RE/MAX Town Center was honored with the Eagle Award for the Highest Net Gain of Agents in the U.S. Continued growth in 2014 and 2015 earned the brokerage the title of #1 RE/MAX office in Montgomery County, MD.
