Strong presence through support, Joe was dynamic in meeting my us where we were at on different occasions. At times things were stressful, and at times they were more lax but he always did a great job in being supportive in what we needed at each respective time. Timely and his attention to detail was awesome, especially with as many moving part as real estate industry can bring. Even post sale he has supported us and checked in to see if we needed anything. We have sold two houses and purchased one house with Joe Janus. All three transactions in Scottsdale. As both a buyer and a seller, Joe was great to work with as a realtor. He is very knowledgeable about the market. He understands both sides of real estate transactions. His personality is also very easy to work with. He listens but he also gives his insights. If he doesn't know the answers to any questions, he's willing to contact the right people to get those answers. I reached out to Joe about 7 months ago and told him I was looking for a fixer upper in Central Phoenix with a pool. 2 months later, I told Joe I was looking for a home in West Phoenix, no pool. A couple months later, I said, I'm back to central phoenix, must have a pool. Each time I changed my mind and location, Joe rolled with the punches, showing me homes and offering insight into the area. He was extremely patient with me. He ended up finding me a great fixer upper in a prime location with a pool. When it came time to make an offer, Joe guided me in making an amazing offer, minimizing my out of pocket to only my down payment and receiving a huge concession from the sellers to make substantial repairs to the house from their closing proceeds.
