Where do I start? We could not have sold our house if it wasn't for Joe. We had to leave Florida and return to Massachusetts. We left our home in the hands of Joe. We had several contracts that Joe negotiated for us. He was always very professional and went out of his way on several occasions. He met with many contractors at my home for repairs that needed to take place. He even helped fix some problems himself. My Florida neighbors were constantly reporting that Joe was at my house working hard AGAIN.
